Our purpose is to provide consulting services to train scholars, staff, and schools so our scholars discover their interests to achieve independence and build confidence to perform at their full potential and become successful, self-sufficient adults as lifelong learners.

The CEO and Founder behind S.M.A.L.L. Consultant Services, Dr. Robin D. Small, has over 25 years of diverse experience in secondary and higher education, which specializes in the use of transformative strategies to identify and plan for success to develop the talent of scholars, educators, administrators, and schools.

Dr. Small's educational background includes a B.S. in Sociology from City College of New York, Master's degrees in Community Health (Long Island University), Education with a concentration in Special Education (Mercy College), School Building Leader (City College of New York), an advanced certification in School District Leader (Queens College) and an Ed.D. in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher College.
